Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models: Design, build, and implement scalable AI and ML models that solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings.
- Lead projects: Take ownership of key AI/ML projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and new initiatives.
- Optimize performance: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance and scalability of AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and ML.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, particularly in the context of AI and ML.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with deep learning and neural networks.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
