Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert with 5 years of experience to lead our digital marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling and SEO-optimized content, including blogs, social media posts, case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages, to engage our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to measure ROI and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and manage paid search campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and promote our services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, Agile transformation, and relevant industries to ensure Scrumban.ai remains a leader in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to craft compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them in a digital marketing context is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
