Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success with our solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Customer Advocacy: Understand client needs and objectives, advocating for their success within the company and ensuring our solutions align with their business goals.
- Retention and Growth: Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client challenges and recommending additional services or solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor client performance and satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their experience and outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges clients may face, ensuring a positive and successful experience with our products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client success and satisfaction.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training, support, and best practices to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage our solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a digital, SaaS, or Agile environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, digital transformation strategies, and customer success best practices.
- Proactive Mindset: A proactive approach to client management, with a focus on anticipating needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
