“Are they leaders or just people in leadership positions?”

I was talking with my teenage daughter on how good leaders setup the structure and culture of an organization.
This directly affect how people within the organization ecosystem carry out their work. Good leaders nurture growth and development 🌱. Bad leaders stunt them by creating hostile environment.

Daddy she said, ” are these people really leaders? or people in leadership position?
This got me thinking. Do we really have organizations run by leaders or just people in leadership positions.

Leadership is about setting up a structure where people can thrive, not just survive. It’s about nurturing, not stunting potential. It’s about creating an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.

So, let’s reflect: Are we in positions of leadership to lead, or merely to hold a title? let’s lead with purpose and passion.
